Education

VSC aims to improve education and awareness in Indian children in the areas of Space Education and technology. VSC is setting up a large education and outreach centre at Karnataka, which aims to provide insights in to space technologies and space sciences. There will be facilities for Graduate and Post graduate students to undertake their research projects at this centre. This centre will act as a Space technology hub for engineering colleges in Karnataka to engage students in Space education.

Besides Outreach centre, VSC also aims to take school children in India on a guided tours of Space Centres of ISRO in India. VSC will work with ISRO on this activity and will try forge a relationship to achieve this goal.

Space Tourism

Space tourism is the new revolution happening in aviation industry. America is all abuzz about his activity. Commercial aviation industry though has expanded by leaps and bounds; has limited itself to maximum of 40,000 ft from earth. Commercial Space tourism is expected to break this barrier beyond to 100,000 ft to sub-orbital orbital flights. VSC aims to bring commercial sub orbital flights for space tourism activities in India. Currently VSC is on track to bring Zero Gravity flights to India in Q1 2016 in collaboration with a European partner.
